Machine ET500 is destined for precise dimensional electrochemical machining (pECM) of parts made with conducting metals and alloys. |

The machine may be used for production punches, press-molds,
equipment on manufacturing puncheons, fittings, medical
instruments, bijouterie, jewellery, badges, orders, medals, clocks and other parts
required high copying accuracy. |

|
The principle of machine operation is based on high speed anodic dissolution method under high density pulse current with usage of vibrating electrode. |
|
The technology of pulse ECM has following advantages:

lack of thermal and mechanical effect on the surface
layer structure of a machined workpiece;
- total lack of tool wear;
- output engineering quality metrics practically do not depend on hardness and strength of the machining materials;
- achievement of finish quality (Ra 0,02…0,2 μm) and working accuracy (∆ 1…10 мкм) occur with productivity in 10…100 times better then productivity of conventional machining methods.
